ABOUT THE FILM
Flowers For Antonio is a heartfelt tribute to Antonio Flores, a key figure in Spanish music. Guided by her father’s story, his daughter Alba Flores (well known actor for her role in Money Heist) embarks on an intimate journey to reconnect with his legacy, alongside family, friends, and artists who knew him through unseen footage, archival images, and his iconic songs.
Q&A with Director Elena Molina and Sound Mixer Diana Sagrista
Elena Molina is a screenwriter and director whose work focuses mainly on nonfiction. Her intimate, contemporary films explore memory, grief, and social wounds, often centering voices rarely placed at the heart of the story. Her work blends documentary observation with narrative forms close to fiction, with a particular focus on bodies, territories, and communities.
Diana Sagrista is a Spanish sound mixer and sound professional whose work spans film and television. She won the 2025 Goya Award for Best Sound for Segundo premio (Saturn Return), alongside Eva Valiño, Alejandro Castillo, and Antonin Dalmasso.
